The catering offered by NEWCAP Event Center is prepared daily, on site, in our kitchens, by Chef Vincent Thiessé and his team.

Vincent Thiessé was Executive Chef at Les Etangs de Corot for Marc Veyrat and later in the hotels of the Constance group (Mauritius and Seychelles). He was also creative director for the caterer Fleur de Mets for 12 years before joining NEWCAP Event Center in 2016.
The Chef’s philosophy:
Vincent Thiessé is passionate, demanding of himself and his team. Together, they work on site every day with fresh, seasonal products. In daily contact with suppliers, they favour products mainly from the Ile-de-France region and they strive to reduce packaging and waste.
For Vincent, the best cuisine is one made from the heart.
