Before joining NEWCAP Event Center in 2016, Vincent Thiessé was, for 12 years, Creative Director of the caterer Fleur de Mets. Prior to that, he was Executive Chef at Les Etangs de Corot for Marc Veyrat, and later, in the hotels of the Constance group (Mauritius and Seychelles). He has created a range of lunch and dinner menus that are varied, fresh, and produced on site. Above all, thanks to his vast experience, he is thoroughly familiar with the ins and outs of event catering.
